We have a Flexible Cancellation Policy

Full Refund: Guests can cancel up to 24 hours before check-in to receive a full refund.

After 24 Hours: If canceled within 24 hours of check-in, guests are charged for the first night and receive a refund for the remaining nights.

We process refunds within 24 hours after a guest cancels a reservation, but the time it takes for the funds to appear in the guest’s account depends on the payment method. Here’s an estimated timeline:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5–15 business days
  • Google Pay : Immediate
  • Bank Transfers :3–10 business days

If a refund is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, guests should check with their bank or payment provider.
