Iconic Stays was born from a simple yet powerful idea: to redefine hospitality. It all began when Manav, now the CEO, was an undergraduate student in Boston, interning at the prestigious Beacon Hill Hotel. As he welcomed guests with a smile, parked their cars, and offered them wine, he started imagining a new approach to hospitality—one rooted in genuine care, personalized experiences, and thoughtful service.

During this time, Manav also traveled extensively, staying in hotels and service apartments around the world. These experiences gave him invaluable insights into what makes a stay truly memorable and how different providers approached hospitality. Inspired by these experiences, Manav knew he could create something special.
